It is a comfortable and quite villa in Tuscany mainly disposed on the ground floor at about 1,4 km from the beach and 250 metres from the pinewood. Our villa in Tuscany is made up by 4 flats, two “little” flats 35 sm wide for 5 people, one kitchen, one sleeping room and one bathroom, and 2 “big” flats 75 sm wide with kitchen, two sleeping rooms, bathroom and a large hall.
Our villa in Tuscany is surrounded by a big garden, of 800 squared metres, in which Mediterranean cluster-pines, oleanders and olives trees welcome the visitors. To rent a villa in Tuscany means to really enjoy the pleasures of culture (we are close to the Ertuscan sites and museums), vine (winemakers that produce wines like Sassicaia and Ornellaia are based here) and nature (the landscape in Castagneto Carducci is one of the most beautiful of Tuscany).
The entrance of our villa in Tuscany is on the veranda that leads to a big living room with a double sofa bed and Italian TV. The kitchen is provided with a cooking point, refrigerator, electric or gas oven and washing machine. At the second floor there are a bathroom with shower and 2 double rooms, one of this includes also a single bed. On the whole 5 rooms in each flat, 2 on the ground floor and 3 (night zone) at the second floor. One of the flat has a fireplace. Both big flats have a large portico. Villa’s sketch.
The living room in this flat of our villa in Tuscany includes a double sofa bed, Italian TV and the entrance. The kitchen is provided with a cooking point, refrigerator and electric or gas oven. The remaining part of the little flat in our villa in Tuscany  is made up of a room with a double and a single bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Shops: A little commercial centre (with supermarket, bar, roast meat shop, newspaper kiosk) is located at less than 300 metres from our villa in Tuscany.

It is allowed to smoke in the flats. It is usually permitted to have dogs and cats, unless they are dangerous or bother the neighbours.
